Return Policy and Limited Warranty
All Sales Are Final, Except for Specified Conditions
Thank you for your interest in KD Capital Equipment. Please be aware that all sales are final unless otherwise stated on your invoice. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on equipment sold “as-is, where-is, with all faults,” except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Limited Startup Warranty
From time to time, KD Capital Equipment may offer a limited startup warranty on major components of certain machines. This warranty is only valid if the machine is connected to the correct power by a KD Capital-approved technician. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and startup procedures are followed.
- Coverage Period: The limited startup warranty will be valid for the period specified on your invoice.
- Major Components Covered: This warranty covers critical components such as the spindle, ball screw, control, motors, drives, and tool changer. These components must be in working order to ensure the machine is fit for its intended purpose.
- Startup Requirements: The purchaser has 10 days from the machine’s arrival to have the technician start up the machine. If there is an issue with any of the machine’s major components, the purchaser must notify KD Capital Equipment in writing within this 10-day startup period. If the startup warranty applies, KD Capital Equipment reserves the option to repair the machine or accept its return.
- Return Conditions: Any returns under the startup warranty must be approved in writing by KD Capital Equipment. The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs, proper preparation for shipping, and rigging. Once KD Capital Equipment verifies the machine has been returned, inspected for additional damage, and accepted, the purchase price will be refunded.
- Inspection Encouraged
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect all machinery before finalizing their purchase to ensure it meets their requirements.
As-Is Condition
All machinery is sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with all faults and no warranties, either expressed or implied, except as required by law or covered under the limited startup warranty.
