Original spindle brake went out and needs replacement. Seller has the new part, but will require a technician to install. Sensor(s) in the spindle that lets the system know the bit holder is securely held has gone out and is currently bypassed. The spindle will need to be sent to a shop that specializes in replacing and calibrating the sensors. Machine was calibrated a few months ago to pick up tools properly from the auto tool changer, but it has gotten out of calibration and doesn't line up when picking up/dropping off tools from the changer. |
